Production Description:

Inspired by the biblical legend of Susanna, The Lesser Magoo is the final of four plays in Mac Wellman’s “Crowtet” cycle. Wellman states “the world most of the time seems a very strange and complicated place to me, and I want to make plays that in some sense are as complicated and strange as the world we live in.”, which is precisely how this play is experienced, as the characters live in constant fear of the awful “unusualists” and the forest that holds the vast history of Crowe’s Dark Space.
